Your data is used solely to prepare and manage your order with Caihouela Cyril (La Cahute), on the basis of the contract or your pre-contractual request. Seller and collection address

Your seller is Caihouela Cyril, sole trader (EI), trading as La Cahute, SIRET 453 842 635 00022. Collect your order at 917, D5 Route de Saint-Vallier, 06530 Saint-Cézaire-sur-Siagne, at the time confirmed with La Cahute.

Payment on collection

Payment is made only on site when collecting your order. Accepted methods: cash, bank card and meal voucher card, subject to the applicable conditions of use. No payment is requested on this website.

Confirming your order

The builder opens your SMS app with a prefilled message. Check the pizzas, quantities, amount and requested time, then send the SMS. La Cahute must confirm the order and pickup time; sending the SMS alone does not confirm availability.

Changes and cancellation

You may change or cancel a confirmed order free of charge until preparation has started. Contact La Cahute promptly on 06 70 51 44 18 and wait for confirmation that your request has been accepted. Changes may affect the amount or pickup time; these changes must be confirmed with you. Once preparation has started, any change or cancellation must be discussed with La Cahute.

No statutory withdrawal period

Freshly prepared pizzas are goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. Under Article L. 221-28(4) of the French Consumer Code, the statutory 14-day withdrawal period applicable to some distance sales does not apply. This does not remove the free cancellation option before preparation described above or your rights if the product is non-conforming.
